The Awesome all natural belly Slimming Detox water recipe, I will share with you today is well my new found love and as always my partner and I experimented with it first as always before sharing it here.
Belly Slimming Detox
This tested and proven Belly Slimming Detox Water Recipe is simply Infusing flavor and nutrients into a cup of water. You do not really need much to DIY this. All that you need is simply
Lemon –- This helps boost the digestive track – also boosts that metabolism
Mint –- It adds sweetness to the water – also helps you digest more effectively – also helps soothe your tummy
Orange –- Orange helps your immune system and it makes the water taste better.
Materials needed
- 3 Thin Slices of Lemon
- 3 Thin Slices of Orange
- 3 Mint Leaves – shredded
- Iced Water
Instructions
- Fill the glass ¾ full of ice
- Add the fruit and mint – add water
- Stir and Wait for at least 5 minutes
When to drink: BEST if early in the day
Best situations: As a daily juice

Melon Ball Punch
If summer could be bottled up it would taste exactly like this melon ball punch. This stuff is what summertime is made of! Fizzy, lightly sweetened and full of melon flavor!
This healthy recipe is ridiculously awesome, made from melon, tart lime slices and fresh mint leaves, flavours that just compliment each other so well. It is also highly effective for weight loss and general body detox
Ingredients
- 25.4 oz Sparkling white grape juice
- 2 cups clear lemon-lime flavoured soda (I used Sprite)
- 1 cup lemonade (I used Simply)
- 1 small ripe watermelon
- 1 small ripe cantaloupe
- 1 small ripe honeydew melon
- fresh mint leaves
- 2 limes, sliced, plus more for garnish if desired
Instructions
- In a pitcher stir together grape juice, soda and lemonade.
- Place in the fridge to chill.
- Use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh of the watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melon.
- Place melon balls on a cookie sheet lined with foil.
- place in a Refrigerator to freeze, Once frozen add a few cups of melons balls to the pitcher along with fresh mint leaves and slices of lime.
- Stir, then Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.
- Serve cold using additional frozen melon balls as ice cubes.
- Garnish glasses with a lime slice and mint leaf.
You’ll notice that the flavors just gets better and better as you guzzle more and more of it. Light, fizzy, perfectly sweetened, refreshing and crisp, this recipe is perfectly suited for summer events.
